I don’t have a PayPal Account, can I use a credit card to pay for a ClinicWise CEU course or Database Subscription?

You do not need a PayPal account to use the PayPal payment system – you can use your credit card to pay instead. ClinicWise uses PayPal to process all it’s payments to ensure that your financial information is kept safe and private. At no point in the process do we have access to your credit card number or other financial information.

Can I try out the database system before I purchase a subscription?

We have created a demo account that you can access to test the program and see if you like it.

To access the demo, go visit the Login page.

Please do NOT enter real client information into the demo account, as other users may see it, and it gets wiped periodically.

Can I import client information from another record keeping system into ClinicWise?

This is possible, but requires the assistance of a ClinicWise staff member. What information can be imported is different with each system, but we will import everything we can into your client records for you. Contact us to get the process started.

What does the online booking look like from a client’s view?

For how long do I have access to a CEU  course?

You have indefinite access to all of the ClinicWise courses you have purchased.

My business employs several RMTs who are interested in taking one of your courses. Do  you have group deals?
